2. The mold with high precision needs to be processed by high precision NC machine tool, and the mold material and forming process are strictly required. CAD/CAE/CAM mold technology is also needed to design and analyze.

3. Some parts have special requirements when they are moulded. The mold also needs advanced technology such as hot runner, gas-assisted moulding and nitrogen cylinder.

4. The manufacturer should have CNC, EDM, WEDM and NC copying milling equipment, high-precision grinder, high-precision three-coordinate measuring instrument, computer design and related software.

5. General large-scale stamping die (such as automobile cover parts mold) to consider whether the machine tool has blank holder, or even edge lubricant, multi-station progressive, etc. Besides punching tonnage, we should also consider blanking, feeding devices, machine tools and mould protection devices.

6, the manufacturing means and technology of the above mould are not possessed and grasped by every enterprise. When choosing a cooperative manufacturer, we must know its processing ability, not only depend on hardware equipment, but also combine management level, processing experience and technical force.

7, for the same set of mold, different manufacturers sometimes offer a big difference. You should not pay more than the cost of the mold, nor should it be less than the cost of the mold. Mold manufacturers, like you, have to make reasonable profits in business. Ordering a set of moulds that offer much lower prices will be the beginning of trouble. Users must start from their own requirements and comprehensively evaluate them.

Three, avoid long collaboration, try to mold production and product processing.

1, with qualified moulds (qualified samples), it is not always possible to produce batch qualified products. This is mainly related to machine tool selection, forming process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and operator's technical quality.

2. With a good mold, but also have a good forming process, it is best to work together in one-stop, try to avoid multi-cooperation.
